Overview: Rolesville band students that are participating in extra band activities (ex: Marching Band, Winter Guard, Winter Percussion, etc.) are asked to pair a “Fair Share Payment”. Each group defines a budget to cover the various costs (ex: Competition entrance fees, travel fees, coaching fees (color guard and percussion coaching), music, etc.). The budget is divided by the number of students to come up with the Fair share amount.
NOTE: Wake County does not covert any of these expenses.

Making Payments with CutTime:
1. Click on the CutTime link you received via Text.
2. Click on your Student's name.
3. Scroll down to the Financial Summary section. This section will list any costs due as well as any payments that have been previously been made or funds received from fundraising participation.
4. Select the green Make a Payment button.
5. Enter the amount you wish to pay and click the Go To Payment Form button.
NOTE: A 3% processing fee is automatically added to the payment amount entered.
6. Complete the payment fields and select Pay.
