Please fill out this form if you are planning on being absent to any rehearsals or performances. Per the handbook, it is required and expected to notify Ms. Harshman at least 30 days before a performance and 48 hours before a rehearsal. Events that come up unexpectedly will be treated individually and at the discretion of the director.
